Accompanying the population aging and the therapeutic tool raise of myocardial infarction .The incidence of chronic heart failure is obviously increasing. And its mortality is higher .Its higher mutilation and mortality rate and expensive therapia. It already became one of the supreme diseases of threatening homo sapiens healthy. The mortality rate is higher . The investigation of Framingham in American showed the mortality rate of new diagnostic heart failure patients is 85% in forty seven months. One clinical observation in American named REACH showing the average mortality rate of heart failure patients is 17.1%, The average live time is 4.2 years. Objective evaluation the prognostic influencing factors of chronic heart failure and correct deal with them will be directed relating with the patients` therapy and prognosis. As the research indicatted : age .origin of disease. LEVF. NYHA cardiac functional grading .neuroendocrine excitatory autacoid et they are influencing factors of prognosis to the patients of chronic heart failure . People has paid close attention to the disadvantage influence of liquor low cholesterol in investigating the relationship between the mortality and low cholesterol .The abnormality of serum lipids is a extremely complex question. In physiological and pathological conditions kinds of lipoprotein have different metabolic pathway working with various physiology path roles. At present numerous scholar have mis-classification views with the serum lipids level of CHF development and prognosis influence. Some thought total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein stepping up will prognosticate the incidence rate increasing. Another found serum cholesterol stepping down will increase the mortality rate of chronic heart failure patients. This text will approach the relationship between serum lipids level and cardiac functional grading , the influence to prognosis in chronic heart failure patients. Objective: To investigate the relationship between chronic heart failure patients serum lipids level with the prognosis . Method: 168 patients with chronic heart failure during January 2004 to December 2006 repeated hospitalization and treatment with information integrity to carry out retrospective analysis, Follow up period is two years. Comparing with the level of serum lipids plasma-albumin and follow-up period cardiovascular incidents with different group patients Result: the level of the TC. HDL-C. LDL-C. ALB stepping down with the NYHA cardiac functional grade stepping up. (NYHAⅡTC:4.61±0.25mmol/L HDL-C:1.28±0.09mmol/L LDL-C ; 2.67±0.22 mmol/L ALB:39.2±1.39g/L NYHAⅢTG 1.83±0.24 mmol/L TC:4.10±0.10mmol/L HDL-C :0.98±0.07mmol/L LDL-C;2.76±0.21 mmol/L ALB:36.3±0.70g/L NYHAⅣTG:1.39±0.13mmol/L TC:3.34±0.24mmol/L HDL-C:0.85±0.09mmol/L LDL-C;2.12±0.13 mmol/L ALB:31.9±0.60g/L). The mortality, the frequency and the days of hospitalization with low serum lipids group are raising obviously(p<0.05) conclusion: the level of serum lipids will lower followed with heart function descending . and they are unfavourable prognosis... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Chronic heart failure, serum lipids, NYHA grade, prognos | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
