Thymopentin Material is made of arginine and lysine aspartate and valine and tyrosine .It is used widely the immunological regulation medicine and improve efficient immunological functions. Since its produce is simple relatively and the quality control standard of its products isn't alone in China and analysis methods is low specificity. This research use the techniques of HPLC and IR to analysis the content of Thymopentin Material in amino acid and other substance determine. The results indicated that these Methods can control efficiently the quality control standard for Thymopentin Material.To establish the quality control standard for Thymopentin Material, It is favorable to develop Thymopentin Material as research aim. The goals in the work is to set up one efficient test method to analyse through HPLC and IR and identification of the physics and chemistry; This research analyse the characteristic of the physics and chemistry of Thymopentin Material for injection to base on the quality control and the quality system and the content of Thymopentin Material for injection in amino acid and other substance determine by HPLC. To set up the quality control standard for Thymopentin Material for injection, it bring HPLC and IR to the quality control standard analysis for Thymopentin Material for injection. The methods are simple and steady and quick. The methods are accurate and can be used widely for its quality control standard for Thymopentin Material for injection.
