Among those, Fallopian tube disease 710cases (62.01%), was thefirst cause. The other pelvic diseases were endometriosis 181 cases(5.81%), polycystic ovary 62 cases(5.42%), tumor of the ovary 55 cases(4.80%), malformation of genital organ 41 cases(3.58%), hysteromyoma35 cases (3.06%), pelvic tuberculosis 10 cases (0.87%). There were 51cases(4.45%) whose pelvic cavity were normal.②In secondary infertilitypatients, 67.87% of patients were proved due to fallopian tube diseases, and the constituent ratio was higher than that in primary infertility(P<0.05), while in primary infertility, the constituent ratio ofendometriosis, polycystic ovary, pelvic tuberculosis, normal pelvic cavitywere 18.63%, 7.09%, 1.77%, 5.99%, which were higher than that insecondary infertility respectively (P<0.05).③370 of 414 cases fromJan. 2005 to Jun. 2006 followed-up got pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was43.28%. The pregnancy rate of polycystic was 72.22%. The pregnancy rateof fallopian tube disease was 46.55%. The pregnancy rate ofendometriosis was 40.35%, the rate of periodⅠ-Ⅱwas higher thanthat of periodⅢ-Ⅳ. None with pelvic tuberculosis became pregnant afterLaparoscopy.④82.61% pregnancy occurred in 1 year after laparoscopy.24 of 157 pregnancy cases were ectopic pregnancy, and 66.37% werecaused by fallopian tube diseases.Conclusions:①Fallopian tube disease is the first cause of femaleinfertility patients.②Fallopian tube disease plays an important role insecondary infertility. Endometriosis, polycystic ovary, pelvic tuberculosisare often seen in primary infertility.③The curative effect of laparoscopyto polycystic ovary is fine. The pregnancy rate of periodⅠ-Ⅱendometriosis is higher than that of periodⅢ-Ⅳ. Pregnancy of pelvictuberculosis after laparoscopy is tough.④Patient suspected with pelvic diseases should be accepted laparoscopy for diagnosed and treated assoon as possible.⑤It is better to pregnancy within 1 year afterlaparoscopy.
