Clinical Classification And Drug Law Analysis Of Fallopian Tube Infertility And Experimental Study

Objective:Observing the classification and administration of clinical salpingitis infertility patients,analyze the mechanism and effect of Gexiazhuyu decoction on the salpingitis rat models with qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome through related experimental study.Methods:1.In accordance with the diagnosis and exclusion criteria for infertility of the fallopian tube,225 patients were clinically included.2.Female rats were selected as the animal experiment,and the models with qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome was made by compound stimulationconform with bacteria inoculation.The rats were divided into four groups:normal group,model group,Kan gfuy an group,Chinese medicine group,analysis the changes after treatment.Results:1,Clinical salpingitis type of infertility were:qi stagnation and blood stasis type,damp-heat stasis type,kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,cold stasis type and qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the proportion of each type were 44.89%,29.33%,16.44%,5.78%,3.56%.2,In prescription using,the common drug was 116 taste,drug timeswas 3004,involving 18 types.The frequency of blood circulation was 26.10%.3,After treatment,the effective rate of patients with different syndromes was respectively 94.06%,91.89%,90.91%,87.50%,84.62%.4,In the animal experiment,there were significant differences in the syndrome scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group compared with the model group(P<0.01).The scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the KangfuYan group were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).5,Compared with the model group,the blood viscosity of the traditional Chinese medicine group was different(P<0.05).Compared with the Kangfu Yan group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).6,Compared with the model group,the γ-IFN of the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the Kangfu Yan group,the γ-IFN of the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly different.7、After the cage to observe the sit-uation of pregnancy,the rate from high to low were:normal group,the traditional Chinese medicine group,the Kangfu Yan group and the syndrome group,was respectively 1 00%,50.0%,33.35,1 6.7%.Conclusion:Clinical observation:1,In the fallopian tube in-flammation infertility type,qi stagnation of blood stasis accounted for 44.89%,to prove that the proportion of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,Gexiazhuyu Decoction with the highest frequency of use.2,Prescription use,blood circulation type of drug frequency is the most frequent frequency for 26.10%.3,Through the efficacy of effective statistics,Gexiazhuyu Decoction with the highest effec-tive rate of efficacy.Experimental study:1,Compared with the model group,the effect of Gexiazhuyu Decoction can improve the behavioral signs of blood stasis rats,and effectively reduce the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and γ-IFN.2,Compared with KangfuYan group,the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was ob-vious,and the difference was statistically significant.It proved that the effect of Gexiazhuyu Decoction was better than that of Kang-fuYan group.
