[Objective] A Cross-Sectional Survey has been undertaken amongst migrant workers in the factory of Shenzhen with the aim of assessing the current situation of their AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and behaviors of migrant workers and exploring the influencing factors which is in order to possess the theoretic foundation for the prevention them from AIDS.[Method] 460 migrant workers in the factories of Shenzhen were sampled by adopting the three-stage random demix cluster sampling method. Investigate the objects by self-made questionnaires. The database was established by the Epidata3.0 and analyzed by the SPSS 13.0 software.[Result] The knowledge level of the AIDS-related knowledge of migrant workers is not high. The item "each sexually transmitted disease could see through eyes" is the highest knowledge which rates 77.9%. The item "the vaccine which could effectively prevent AIDS has been developed" is the lowest which rates 17.6%. The other items rate about 50%. Some people do not have adequate sense of responsibility in preventing and therapy of AIDS. "Who realize the AIDS is connecting with him" only account for 58.1%. Most people discriminate against the HIV infected people and patient and fear AIDS blindly. 177 people who agreed to "isolate the HIV infected people and patient from healthy person" which occupy 41.8%. When their friends were infected with HIV, people who chose to cut off the relationship occupy 7.2%, who chose to cut down the communication because of fear occupy 12.2%. When infected with HIV, there are 52 (12.2%) people who chose to commit suicide because he was an utter loss what to do and very afraid. The attitude to sexual behaviors is more opened than the traditional attitude. People who could not accept premarital sexual behaviors only occupy 37.74%. People who consented to have multiple sexual partners and marriage outer sex occupy 17.42%. People who did not care for it occupy 16.55%. 41.7% of the investigated people had premarital Sexual behaviors; 9.8% investigated people had temporary sexual behaviors and 6.2% had business sexual behaviors. The phenomenon of drug abuse is few which only occupy 0.2%, and the drug is only 3,4-methylenediox-ymethamphe-tamine. The resistance attitude towards drugs occupy beyond 93%. There are respectively 14 items, 18 items, 11 items, 14 items of AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and behavior were significantly different (P<0.05) due to different genders, educational level, marital status and month-income level. There are only four items which are significantly different in different native place. Multiple linear step regression analysis showed that female,unmarried state,low education level and low income are the major influence factors of the knowledge of AIDS (P<0.5%).[Conclusion] 1. The rate of the AIDS-related knowledge of migrant workers in the factory of Shenzhen city is not high, knowledge rate of each items is about 50%. 2. People's sense of duty in preventing and controlling AIDS is not enough. Most people discriminate against the HIV infected people and patients and fear AIDS blindly. 3. The attitude to sexual behaviors is more opened. The rate of the premarital sexual behaviors is high. The temporary sexual behaviors and business sexual behaviors constitute a small percentage. 4. The attitude rejecting drugs occupies beyond 93%. There are only two people who had drugs. 5. Female,unmarried, low education level and low income should be the key intervention crowd of the health education job of the prevention from HIV.
