The Clinical Observation Of Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang Jia Wei On Primary Dysmenorrheal Of The Type Of Blood Stasis Due To Cold

Objective to observe the clinical effect of Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang Jia Wei on primary dysmenorrheal of the type of blood stasis due to cold and analysis its reason.To render a new method for the treatment and prevention of primary dysmenorrheal.Methods Senenty patients with primary dysmenorrheal caused by blood stasis due to cold were chosen.They were divided into treated group(n=35) and control group (n=35) with random and single-blind method.The patients in treated group were given Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang Jia Wei.and the patients in control group were given Xiao Yan Tong.while fourty people who is healthy was chosen as healthy group. The scores and the dysmenorrheal symptoms and side effect of duration and the indexes for safety were observe before and after treatment.The indexes of blood rheology were also detected. To searth different before healthy people and people whose mother were affected by cold food on her pregnant time or she was affected by cold factor.Results The recent total effective rates of dysmenorrheal in treated and control group were 90.91% and 83.87% respectively with no difference between them(P>0.0 5).The rate of cure in treated and control group were 57.85% and 32.26% respectively were obvious difference between them after statistic analysis(P< 0.05). The rate of recurrence in treated group and control group were 10.53% and 50.00% respectively were obvious difference between them after three months(P< 0.05).The rate of Side effect in treated group and control group were 3.03% and 32.25% respectively with obvious difference between them(P<0.05). The high-sheard and low-sheard viscosity could be improved in both groups (P<0.05).The viscosity of plasma of treated group was obvious difference between before and after treatment(P < 0.05).But the control group was not change(P>0.0 5). People who was affected by cold factor or her mother was affected by cold food pregnant time were higher than healthy people in rate of dysmenorrheal (P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Shao Fu Zhu Yu Tang Jia Wei has a definite therapeutic effect on this disease especially for the improvement of blood rheology,and the rate of recurrence was low.It deserves to be spread and studied in the clinic. 2.her mother was affected by cold food on pregnant time or herself physiology characteristic is reason of dysmenorrheal.So tutor indicate that the rate of dysmenorrheal could be reduced by improving body and preventing disease.It deserves to be studied.
