The Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cyclic Therapy On Primary Dysmenorrheal Of The Type Of Congealing Cold Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the effect of Tonifying the kidney and Regulating the cycle on Primary Dysmenorrheal of the type of Congealing cold blood stasis, and provide scientific basis for the clinical application and further scientific of this method.Method: 48 patients PD were selected according to diagnostic criterion. They were divided into treatment group and control group with random method. The treatment group were given tonifying the kidney and Regulating the cycle, while in control group given Nuan Gong Tang. Defining three menstruation cycle as a period of treatment,the scores of the clinical and other relative symptoms are recorded before and after the treatment and three menstrual cycles after drug withdrawal as the observing indexes.Results: The near total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.67%, while that of the control group was 83.33%. But the difference between them is not significant (P>0.05). The far total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.00%, while that of the control group is 72.22%. The difference between them is significant(P<0.05). Both groups can ameliorate correlate clinical symptoms in certain level, and there is no significant difference between them (P>0.05) . The investigation of the relative factors and the clinical effect shows that the effects have no significant relationship with the age , stage of the illness. and patient's state .Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Primary dysmenorrhea disease with Tonifying the kidney and Regulating the cycle is significant.,which can highly improve the patients' signs and symptoms. The prospective efficacy is especially outstanding. This therapeutic method achieves the purpose of treatment and consolidation effect.
