Influence Of Dr. Deng"s Coronary Heart Diseases Capsules On The Hemorheology And Blood Lipide Of The Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To investigate the effects of Dr. Deng "s CHD capsules on stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease (CHD) by observing the blood rheology and blood lipide.Methods: The Patients brought into the trial were received two weeks "introduction period (include: stopping using anti--angina pectoris drugs, when angina pectoris attacks, using nitroglycerin). The patients were divided into two groups using one--blind randomlized way. The patients in control group use compound Dansen Diwan and the ones in treatment group use Dr. Deng "S CHD capsules. The trival lasted one months. Observing and comparing curative effective parameters changes of each group before trial and after trial.Results: There were 50 patients who have finished the trial. They all came from cardiac centre of Guangdong province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. 25 patients were in treatment group and the others were in control group. After 1 month's treatment, every curative effective parameters were observed and recorded. Using statistical way, the research results show: there are significant differences in the curative effect parameters compared with the ones before treatment in each group (P＜0.05) There are no significant differences in the HCT between two groups(P＞0.05). And there are no significant differences in the cholester,triglyceride,High-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein in control group(P are: 0.44, 0.79, 0.09, 0.69). After treatmen, there. are significant differences in all viscosity of blood with low cut,red blood cell distorty,cholester between two groups (P are 0.05), the others are no significant differences between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion: Dr. Deng "S CHD capsules is effective in improving the blood rheology and the blood lipide of stable angina pectoris which belongs to qi deficiency. Phlegm and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine. It is an effective Chinese patent medicine, which is better than compound Dansen Diwan in all viscosity of blood with low cut,cholester, which is worse than compound Dansen Diwan in red blood cell distorty, the others are similar with compound Dansen Diwan.
