| Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in the treating Female post-adolescent acne.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases intreatment group, treated with Tradition Chinese Medicine, 28 casesin control group, treated with viaminati capsules. The course oftreatment was one months.Results: The total effective rate in the treated group and the control group was90% and 78.57% respectively, comparison between themshowed insignificant difference, there was statistics differencebetween them(P＜0.05). Serum level of T showed insignificantdifference between the treated group and the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine could lower the serum level of Tand with few adverse reaction. It is effective and safe fortreating female post-adolescent acne, and worth to berecommended in clinical application. |
