To Evaluate The Efficacy Of Acne Mask Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris

Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy of acne mask combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris,so as to explore a treatment method for acne vulgaris patients with high efficacy,less pain and side effects,which is easy to accept by patients with acne vulgaris.Methods:Sixty-six patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the Department of Beauty and Dermatology,affiliated Hospital of Shandong Of University of traditional Chinese Medicine.33 Cases in the treatment group were treated with acne mask combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The 33 cases in the control group were treated with clindamycin phosphate gel combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Before the first treatment.(First days)and after 4 weeks of treatment(Twenty-eighth days),according to the shape,quantity and pain degree of acne lesions,acne curative effect score was evaluated and the curative effect index of acne vulgaris score was taken as the criterion of curative effect.Results:The healing rate of the treatment group was 69.7%,and the recovery rate of the control group was 33.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94% and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.73%.The differences between two groups are statistically significant.(P<0.05)?The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.13%,.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.00% and there were no statistical differences between the adverse reactions and the adverse reactions.(P>0.05)There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Acne facial mask combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of acne vulgaris has a better effect.Acne mask is worthy of further study and promotion.
