| Objective:To probe into the therapeutic effect of treating STC by Ru Yang Chang Dong Li pill ,and get ready for clinical performance of trituration of traditional Chinese medicine Bulk-forming laxative.Method: By referring to large of modern pharmacology study, bolting the medicine of promoting gastrointestinal motility,and bonding advisor's clinical experience, we choice suitable medicine and compose Ru Yang Chang Dong Li pill.Divided the patients randomly who tally with certain qualifications into observation group 66 cases, control group 52 cases, Observation group had Ru Yang Chang Dong Li pill, once daily,6 pill every time; control group had Tong Bian Ling pill,the application was ditto.The two groups stopped using related therapy,and 15 days for a period of treatment. The symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination before and after the treatment were observed and analyzed respectively.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.84%.By statistical treatment ,the therapeutic effect of observation group and control group were identical,but in the way of ameliorating constipation's symptomes and signs, observation group surpassed control group;through clinical observation, the therapeutic effect of treating STC by Ru Yang Chang Dong Li pill was mild,didn't have side effect ,and many of patients defecated during the time before and after getting up , consistented with the time of physiological defecation. Conclusion: Ru Yang Chang Dong Li pill has the function including regulating vital energy, loosening bowel to relieve constipation,promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis,and the therapeutic effect of treating STC is striking. On the whole, Ru Yang Chang Dong Li pill is an effective Praeparatum of treating STC. |
