| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Loumaishutong Granule on Tachyarrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease and explore its mechanism. Methods: 72 patients of Tachyarrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease were divided randomly into treatment group(39 cases) and control group (33 cases). The treatment group was treated with Luomaishutong Granule. The controlgroup was treated with Amiodarone Hydrocholoride Tablets. The changes of clinical symptoms, Dynamic Electrocardiograthy and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: 1. The effect rate of the treatment group in treating Tachyarrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease 82.05%, which had no obvious difference to that of control group. 2.The treatment group is better than the control group in ameliorating clinical symptom. 3.The treatment group is superior to the control group in decreasing Pd of atrial Tachyarrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease. 4. The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving HRV. 5.The treatment group can decrease CH,TG,HDL-C. Conclusion: The methods of removing heat-phlegm and blood stasis restoring collateral calming the endopathic wond and palpitation is an effective therapeutic method , and Luomaishutong Granule is effective and safe for the patients with Tachyarrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease. |
