ObjectiveThis experiment was designed to measure preoperative and postoperative RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR of patients performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) by setting up own control. By detecting the change of erythrocytic immune function,the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on erythrocytic immune function was evaluated.MethodsBlood of radial veins were drawed in 30 patients who performed selective operation of LC 10 minutes pre and postoperatively. RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR of different time were detected by Guo Feng's method. Datas were analysed with SPSS12.0.ResultsIn the test of RBC-C3bR, RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR could be the index of natural immune adhering activity of erythrocyte. Primary erythrocytic immune hypofunction was diagnosed if their results were low because of destroyed RBC-C3bR , genic defect or other reasons. If RBC-C3bRR was low while the RBC-ICR was high because of the increasing of immunocomplex on erythrocytic CR1 receptor or antigen regulated by antibody ,secondary erythrocytic immune hypofunction was diagnosed. If they both raised up, natural erythrocytic immune hyperfunction was diagnosed. The results were : preoperative RBC-C3bRR were higher than that of 10 minutes postoperative and were statistical significant(p<0.05),wihie preoperative RBC-C3bRR were lower than that of 10 minutes postoperative and were statistical significant(p<0.05). ConclusionLaparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) had a depressant effect on erythrocytic immune function, immune adhering activity of erythrocyte descended.
