| Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of the most common childhood-onset psychiatric disorders and affects approximately 3~10%of school age children.Standardized criteria have been established for diagnosis of ADHD.This disorder is characterized by symptoms of inattention,hyperactivity and impulsivity.It will affects to the children's learning,social adaptation ability and lower estimate and so on,even hazard our society if isn't in time therapy it.So it has become a important matter in international in clinic and mental health.At present,there are lots of method in treatment ADHD,such as drug treatment, behavior therapy,cognitive-behavior therapy,EEG biofeedback treatment and so on. There isn't any method to completely healing well ADHD,and need take available measure to intervene it.81 Children with ADHD,all subtypes,aged 7 to 15years,were randomly divided into two groups:Ritalin group(40)and cognitive-behavior treatment group(41 with self-control train method in cognitive-behavior treatment group)participated in an opened clinical trial.Two group ADHD children were evaluated by the Number Cancel Test,Conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ)and teacher's estimate measuring scales in pretherapy and in treatment period 4 week,8 week,12 week,and post-treatment three month follow up,aimed to probe that effects for ADHD children and every subgroup,provide more ideal treatment means into the clinical application. All data was dealed with SPSS13.0 statistic software,the data were expressed with Mean±St.Deviation((?)±s),and analyzed with One-Way analysis of variance among group,and compared with S-N-K method between two group.The significant testing standard was a=0.05 or a=0.01. Results1.The results of Number Cancel Test showed that cognitive-behavior treatment group can be able to keep good and duration effects,which is the better pleased compared with Ritalin in attention and vigilance ability for long-term effects.2.The results of the evaluation for Conners measuring scale showed that every factors in Ritalin group was controlled better during 4 weeks,but there was upgrade tendency after three month's scores;every factors in cognitive-behavior treatment group appeared descend tendency after three month's scores.Compare with Ritalin group,cognitive-behavior treatment was better stabilization and duration for long-term effects which hasn't any toxin and by-effect for bodies.3.Fall off case indicated that there are two children voluntarily withdraw from study in Ritalin group because evidently toxin and adeverse reaction,such as decreased food appetite,agrypnia and so on,while cognitive-behavior treatment was not only very interesting in children but also can able to sufficiently transfer them positiveness and activeness to achieved a pleased effects,and it has the better dependence.4.The results of the compairation in Children with ADHD three subtypes found that cognitive-behavior treatment can improved obviously every subgroup,especially multimovement impulsion subtype which curative effect was the best obvious.Conclusion1.cognitive-behavior treatment can raised children's attention and vigilance ability for long-term effects,it was the better in the stabilization and duration than Ritalin for long-term effects2.cognitive-behavior treatment hasn't any toxin and by-effect for bodies,it was not only very interesting in children but can able to sufficiently transfer them positiveness and activeness,moreover,the children has the better dependence.3.The results of the compairation in Children with ADHD three subtypes showed that cognitive-behavior treatment can improved obviously every subgroup, especially multimovement impulsion subtype.This conclusion provided to the practice and theory evidence for the clinic therapy. |
