Objective:To investigate the variance and correlation perioperatively of BNP and cardiac function of the patients with thoracic malignant tumor.Method:To collect 50 patients without hypertension,diabetes,chronic hepatopathy,chronic nephropathia, chronic thyroid disease,disease of the heart and lung,and with normal preoperative electrocardiography,normal preoperative hepatic function,normal preoperative renal function,normal glandula thyreoidea function,normal preoperative cardiac function (LVEF>50%,LVEDD<55mm),age(year):57.02±2.30,they with thoracic malignant tumor are going to be put tnoracotomy into practice.Result:post-operative BNP in No. three day and No.seven day are higher than preoperative BNP(P<0.01),post-operative LVEF in No.seven day is lower than preoperative LVEF(P<0.05),post-operative LVEDD in No.seven day is higher than preoperative LVEDD(P<0.05),simultaneously, threre is not a correlation between preoperative BNP and LVEF(r=-0.075,P>0.05),and a positive correlation between preoperative BNP and LVEDD(r=0.451,P<0.01). Threre is an negative correlation between post-operative BNP and LVEF (r=-0.426,P<0.01),and a positive correlation between post-operative BNP and LVEDD (r=0.802,P<0.01).Conclusion:The thoracotomy to patients of thoracic malignant tumor may get worse their cardiac function,and there is an increase of post-operative BNP with a depree of post-operative cardiac function.
