Research basis:Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a variety of cardiac structural or functional disease,it damage ventricular filling and (or) ejection ability, CHF is a group of syndrome, early detection and treatment can improve cardiac load, and improve the survival rate, improve patient’s quality of life, B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) has important significance to improve the diagnostic sensitivity of heart failure, Color Doppler echocardiography(CDE) is used to measure directly heart chamber size, observe the left ventricular ejection fraction, to provide objective basis for diagnosis of heart failure, heart failure symptoms and signs in different reaction degree of cardiac function, especially associated with systemic blood clot patients, double lower limbs swelling can provide the basis for diagnosis of chronic cardiac failure.Recent high-profile serum bohydrate antigen-125, through the research, has the potential to be a reliable diagnosis of chronic cardiac failure indicator, but the exact mechanism of serum bohydrate antigen-125associated with chronic heart failure is still unclear, especially the correlation research of BNP.CA125levels and heart structure in patients with chronic heart failure is rare,the purpose of this experiment explores the serum CA125expression in patients with chronic heart failure.Objective:To analyze the relationship between CA125and BNP, LVEF, LVEDD,RVEDD through the dectection of serum CA125levels in CHF patients. To analyze the relationship between CA125and Chronic heart failure.Methods:134patients with CHF were Randomly selected by the clinical symptoms, signs and color doppler echocardiography. among134cases of chronic cardiac failure patients (1) according to the NYHA heart function classification standard, divided into I/II, III, IV level3groups, comparison between groups of CA125and BNP level, analysis relevance of CA125and BNP, LVEF and LVEDD and RVEDD.(2) according to the presence of concurrent double lower limbs swelling,To compare CA125levels among the CHF patients, analysis relationship between CA125and heart function failure caused by circulating blood, and set up the control group.Results:①.The higher the serum of CA125,the higher NYHA functional class (Normal control group:3.70±2.52U/ml Ⅰ/Ⅱ:16.41±12.68U/ml;Ⅲ51.81±17.07U/ml;Ⅳ:94±24.98U/ml; p<0.05).②. The higher the serum of Peripheral blood CA125,BNP and LVEDD numerical of patients with chronic heart failure,the higher NYHA functional class, LVEF increased numerical as well as the heart function reduce, RVEDD numerical in class Ⅰ/Ⅱ group compared with control group, no statistical significance (P>0.05), the level III group, the level IV group compared with control group,it has statistical significance (P<0.05).③. Among those patients with chronic heart failure, NYHA III, NYHA IV group, significantly higher serum CA125levels were found in patients with with the swelling of lower limbs when compared to patients without the swelling of lower limbs (P<0.01).Conclusion①. The higher serum of Peripheral blood CA125.BNP and LVEDD numerical of patients with chronic heart failure,the higher NYHA functional class, LVEF increased numerical as well as the heart function reduce,.②. Significantly higher serum CA125levels were found in patients with The swelling of lower limbs when compared to patients without The swelling of lower limbs.③. The serum of CA125related to the severity of cardiac insufficiency,and the serum of CA125、BNP level can be used to predict the prognosis of severity of patients with heart failure,the combination CA125with BNP are showed the more accurately predictable value of CHF rehospitalization.
