| Objective On the basis of the history and present sanitation of our country,the development of sanitary cause need reforming the system of sanitation and reforming the system of supervision is the important section which directly impacts the development of sanitary cause. With the economy of our country develops rapidly,the work of Hygienic supervision seem lag even exist much shortage,for this reason we give this assay with regard to how to strengthen the work of health supervision to adapt to modernization development and promote the development of sanitary cause. Method By using sampling survey, the investigation questionnairs were sent to Hygienic supervision agencies in 6 counties, the data were obtained about age, the education level, the title of a technical post, major, income, building and institution. Result The hygienic supervision agency in Tonghua city was founded in 2001. The result shows that the main age of that is 25-45. Most people graduated from junior college and secondary school. The title technical post was centralized in primary and secondary. Most people in agencies learned the major of prevention and medicine. The data about agencies income obtained from government finance, rewardful services, superior assistance, and other methods. The result shows the gross income in 2005-2006 was 23,982,000 yuans and the district-finance-payout was 25,780,000 yuans. The proportion of income from rewardful services was 32.37%. The income from rewardful services remains the chief chiefly approach in hygienic supervision agencies. The proportion of district-finance-payout from individual expenditure was 49.65%. Per person work area of each layer of agencies is 16.7m2. Traffic, building and equipment are far from enough to the need of agencies. Conclusion The study shows a good situation that current situation of hygienic supervision system reform has been improved in the five years while the mechanism which results in the dilemma still work right now. There is a short of working force in hygienic supervision agencies, along with a unitary expertise structure, and unbalance ratio of personal between departments. The personal structure in the hygienic supervision agencies is unreasonable. The gap of material storage, fieldwork of disposition, rapid testing, emergency drilling and training is still large. It is still a hard work to build hygienic supervision system. |
