Analysis Of Present Situation And Equity Of Resources Of Community Health Service In Korla City Of Xinjiang

objective:to analyze the present condition and equity of resources of community health service in Korla city of Xinjiang.Method:to evaluate the basic actuality rationality and equity of allocation of health resources through use of the methods such as making existing data,description and the Gini coefficient etc.Result:quality of personnel of the community health service is low,amount of personnel who has high title, nursing personnel and medical technology personnel could not reach criteria.Financial investment is low,construction of infrastructure is weak,various policies of government don't arrive.Gini coefficient of health technical personnel and bed are 0.3723 and 0.3844, analyze from the distribution of population.Gini coefficient of health technical personnel and bed are 0.4344 and 0.4531,analyze from the distribution of geography.Conclusion:Increase investment to the urban community health service,strengthen the cultivate of health technology,carry out the support policy what fitting the center of community health service,carry out the various policies of government as quickly as possible,the geography equity of allocation of health resources need to be arouse attention,the government should further strengthen instruction on policy,need to emphasize governmental supervision.
