Value Of Serum Inhibin B Measurement In Predicting Ovarian Responsibility In Controller Ovarian Hyperstimulation For IVF-ET Cycle

Object:To study on the relation between inhibin B and ovarian responsibility,through detecting the changes of Inhibin B concentrations in serum in infertility female,when they receving controlled ovarian hyperstimulation therapy in IVF-ET.Methods:A total of 63 patients undergoing their first cycle of IVF-ET treatment were studied and serum E2,FSH,INHB levels were detected on day 2 of the cycle,on day 5 of gonadotropin therapy,HCG injection day,according to number of oocytes and presence or absence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS),the 63 patients were allocated into three groups:poor ovarian response group,normal and high group.Characteristics of the treatment cycle and INHB,FSH were analyzed to evaluate the value of different hormone in predicting ovarian response.Result:(1)All the 63 patients are absence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).The 15 patients get oocytes number≤5 is the poor ovarian response group,the other 48 patients get oocytes number>5 and absence the OHSS is the normal response group.In poor ovarian response group and normal response group,Age were(33.2±3.5),(32.06±4.32),no statistically significant in two group(P=0.401).(2)In poor ovarian response group and normal response group,INHB levels on day 2 of menstrul cycle were(45.80±29.53)pg/ml,(87.60±30.94)pg/ml, statistically significant in two group(P=0.000).In poor ovarian response group and normal response group FSH levels were:(8.88±2.76)mIU/ml,6.68+2.08 mIU/ml,statistically significant in two group(P=0.000).In poor ovarian response group and normal response group E2 levels have no statistically significant in two group(P=0.791).(3)INHB levels on day 5 of FSH stimulation were(132.27±18.45)pg/ml,(196.45±71.29)pg/ml,statistically significant in poor ovarian response group and normal response group.INHB levels on day of HCG injection were (205.77±40.70)pg/ml,(169.83±51.04)pg/ml,have no statistically in poor ovarian response group and normal response group.(4)There was positive correlation between oocytes number and INHB on cycly days 2 and INHB on day 5 of FSH stimulation(r=0.502,0.307;P=0.000,0.014).(5)63 patients were divided into the outcome of IVF pregnancies and pregnancy,of which 43 cases of pregnancy,pregnancy 20 cases,compared hormone levels between the two groups show:No pregnancy and pregnancy age group,FSH,E2,menstrual The first two days INHB,fiSH injection of the first five days INHB,HCG injection,INHB no significant difference in the level,not statistically significant.Conclusion:The serum FSH,1NHB levels on 2nd day of menstruation period all can predict the ovarian respection,but the serum INHB levels have higher estimate value.After FSH stimulating on the 5th day,the serum INHB level may offer accurate and early prediction of ovarian response. There was positive correlation between oocytes and the INHB levels in 2nd day of menstruation period and days 5 of FSH stimulation This research shows each stage serum INHB and FSH,E2 to all have no relativity with gestational outcome.
