Objective:To study the germicidal effects of electrolyzed oxidizing water in vitro, to study an influence of organics that affect its germicidal effects and its germicidal effects in burn wound. To investigate the effects of that electrolyzed oxidizing water play an part in keratinocytes culture in vitro.Methods:Selecting an suitable neutralizer of electrolyzed oxidizing water, then we carry out an germicidal experiment in vitro and observe an influence of organics that affect its germicidal effects, observe its germicidal effects in burn wound. Separating and culturing human skin kerinocytes, the changes of cell proliferation are observed MTT.Result:The kill ratios of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudonas aerugina and Bacillus coli are to reach 99.99% above, burn blister fluid and Wuhuang oil can cut down the kill ratios. Electrolyzed oxidizing water irrigating burn wounds, it can reduce the residual germs of burn wound surface effectively. Human keratinocytes are all capable of be isolated and cultured in vitro steadily and rapidly. Electrolyzed oxidizing water can not affect the growth of keratinocytes obviously.Conclusion:Electrolyzed oxidizing water is proved to germicidal effect is obviously, and organics can obviously affect its germicidal effect. It also effectively kill germs in burn wound surface, then inhibit the growth of burn wound surface germs. Electrolyzed oxidizing water does not inhibit the growth of keratinocytes obviously.
