| Objective By clinical observation, the study objectively evaluate the clinical effect of curing delayed menorrhea caused by cold and deficiency with acupuncture Combined with ginger moxibustion therapy to seek for better clinical application.Method:The study adopts confrontation method of small sample grouping within two groups. The therapeutic group with 30 samples adopts ginger moxibustion while the control group with 30 samples adopts a routine acupuncture method. Randomizing the preliminarily screened qualified patients by their registered number.Odd number belongs to the therapeutic group while even number belongs to the control group. The therapeutic group adopts ginger moxibustion therapy while the control group adopts acupuncture therapy. The therapeutic method:1 The therapeutic group(acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion):1)Acu-point:Sanyinjiao(SP6),Qihai(RN6),Xuehai(SP10),Guanyuan(RN4),Sh enque(RN8),Taixi(KI3),Zusanli(ST36),Mingmen(Du4)and Yaoyangguan(Du3)2)Manipulation:Cutting fresh ginger into pieces of 3mm because the heat cannot penetrate if it is too thick while it hurts easily if it is too thin.Punch the ginger piece into several pin holes from the center and put it on the acu-point Qihai(RN6),Guanyuan(RN4),Shenque(RN8),and then put the burning moxa in certain size on ginger.Manipulating the needle with lifting, inserting, twisting and rotating method until the arrival of Qi,which is characterized by sensation of soreness, distention and numbness in local area.Connect the needle with electricity for 30 minutes. Some patient feel burning pain because of the stimulation of fresh ginger immediately after they have moxibustion.Lift the ginger then and put it back right after the pain disappears. If the patient complains of burning pain after a while, lay some dry cotton or soft paper under the ginger till the patient feels warm under the skin with moistening red appearance on the local area. The doctor should check from time to time to prevent the patient from blebbing by insensitivity against heat. The Moxibusition is taken 5-10zhuang each time for 20 times continuously.A moxa each peiece of ginger is available. 2.The control group(Acupuncture):1)Acu-point:Sanyinjiao(SP6),Qihai(RN6),Xuehai(SP10),Xuehai(SP10), Guanyuan(RN4),Shenque(RN8),Taixi(KI3),Zusanli(ST36),Mingmen(Du4)and Yaoyangguan(Du3)2)Manipulation:The needle is one-off Huatuo brand from Suzhou medical apparatus plant with the specification ofΦ0.30mm×30mm orΦ0.30mm×40mm.Ask the patient to lie down and take routine disinfections with 75% surgical spirit.Needling the patient with one hand quick puncturing method according to different weight and size of people.Manipulating the needle with lifting, inserting, twisting and rotating method till the arrival of Qi. Connecting the needle with electronic acupunctoscope of G6805-1 type and retaining the needle for 30 minutes with lows CW.Giving the treatment once a day and 7 days called a period of treatment.Having a three-day' s rest between two periods of treatment.Accounting the therapeutic effect after 3 periods of treatment.Result:1.Comparing indexes of two groups before the treatment, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).It shows the samples of two groups belong to the same population and they are comparable.2.Comparing indexes of two groups after the treatment, there is significant difference(P<0.01).3.Comparing indexes within two groups before and after the treatment, there is significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:This study shows that the clinical effect of curing delayed menorrhea caused by cold and deficiency with acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion therapy is significantly different from purely needling.Curing delayed menorrhea caused by cold and deficiency with acupuncture along the meridian and acu-point differentiation combined with ginger moxibustion therapy is a practicable therapeutic method. |
