Objective: By using acupuncture and ginger separated moxibustion on wuganshu to treat allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency cold type,Observe the curative effect comparison between it and common acupuncture.And use statistical methods to deal with it,determine the difference between the two groups,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of acupuncture and moxibustion with ginger for the treatment of allergic rhinitis to provide reference for clinical application.Methods: This study refers to the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis in the principles of diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis and recommended program(revised in 2015,Tianjin),cases included based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,the treatment group and the control group were used to observe the cure effect before and after treatment.All the sick person were from Acupuncture Department of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In order to prevent the cases from falling off,the number of cases increased by 20%,i.e.72 cases(experimental group has 36 and control group has 36).Results:1.By analyzing the scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment,it is concluded that the two treatments have good curative effect on allergic rhinitis.2.Total clinical effective rate after treatment in treatment group was 90.32%,in the control group was 81.25%.By computation p>0.05,so there was no obvious difference between the two groups.Follow up 3 months later,the total effective rate was 87.10%,in the treatment group was 59.38%,this time figure out p < 0.05,so the difference of follow-up effect is statistically significant.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with ginger separated moxibustion and common acupuncture can enhance the clinical signs and symptoms of allergic rhinitis,to enhance the quality of life of people who with allergic rhinitis.Acupuncture combined with ginger separated moxibustion on wuqinshu is superior to common acupuncture in improving the clinical symptoms and signs and long-term clinical effect of allergic rhinitis patients,lightpatients because of repeated illness and trouble,improve clinical efficiency.
