Research On Performance Evaluation Of Hospital Knowledge Management

Knowledge management is a new management thought, and research on knowledge management is still in its infancy stage. Hospitals are also at the beginning of applying knowledge management. Comprehension of knowledge management of hospital administrators is inadequate and they do not know where to start with at present. Reports about implementation, operation and the performance evaluation of hospital knowledge management are few.Concept of hospital knowledge management is expounded by summarizing the theories and practice at home and abroad. A theoretical system of performance evaluation of hospital knowledge management is explored based on the theory and method of performance evaluation. In this dissertation, a systematic evaluation index of performance evaluation of hospital knowledge management, which aims to be scientific, practical and effective, is constructed. This dissertation constructs a fuzzy evaluation model of knowledge management based on neural network. Finally, authentic proof analysis of specific examples is made using neuro-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which serves to verify the reasonableness, feasibility and effectiveness of hospital knowledge management evaluation.The purpose and innovation of this research lie in introducing the knowledge management concepts into the hospital management, and evaluating its performance. The work aims to attract hospital administrators to pay attention on the value of knowledge management, and make it from theory to practice in hospital management.
