| Objective: We study the changes of ovarian function after the ovarian cyst removed with Laparoscopic andthe predicte the change of ovarian function in clinical value of INHB.Methods: We had chosen 41 patients with ovarian cysts, including 22 cases with benign ovarian cyst(11cases with teratoma, 7 cases with ovarian cystadenoma and 4 cases with ovarian simple cyst), 19 caseswith ovarian endometriosis. To detect serum inhibin B(inhibinB, INHB), E2(estradiol,E2), P(progesterone,P) hormone levels before and after the operation, by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)detection method, using ultrasound to monitor the ovarian size, we asked the patients to fill out a form ofKupperman score(Kupperman Index, KI).Results:1.The results of serum inhibin B, E2, P:The levels of serum INHB, E2 and P respectively are (52.84±8.85)pg/ml,(131.30±90.11)pg/ml and(3.15±3.74)pg/ml before the operation, the levels of serum INHB, E2 and P respectively are(52.45±15.42)pg/ml,(133.78±100.23)pg/ml and (2.12±3.13)pg/ml after the operation. Comparepreoperative serum INHE,E2 and P with postoperative serum INEB,E2 and P, the result was P> 0.05 andit had no significant differenc2. Using ultrasound to monitor the ovarian size after the operation :Using ultrasound to monitor the size of ovarian surgery side after the operation, the result showed that the size of the ovaries were all within normal range.3. Fill in the KI:Before the operation the score is 6.10±2.60, after the operation the score is 6.59±2.67, compare preoperative KI whth postoperative KI, the result was P> 0.05 and it had no significant difference. None of the patients had obvious discomfort chief complaint.Conclusions:1. The changes of serum INHB are in accordance with the changes of serum E2 and P before and after the operation, which shows serum INHB can also reflect the ovarian function. INHB has a certain clinical value in predicting the ovarian function.2. Remove the benign ovarian cyst with the laparoscopic operation is safe and feasible to the patients at the age of child-bearing. |
