| Purpose:Observation of Chinese medicine jointly puerarin choroidal neovascularization of the clinical treatment.Method:Select from January 2007 to February 2008 visit to the Harbin 242 Hospital Eye,the fundus fluorescein angiography(fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)And indocyanine green choroidal angiography (indocyanine greenangiography,ICGA)And so on macular inspection diagnosed patients with CNV,Between the ages of 18-76 years old,Both men and women,No other eye disease,And except for hypertension,Diabetes can cause eye abnormalities,such as the systemic diseases,Course of a month to six months.Will be selected in line with the conditions of 52 cases(61 eyes)Patients with macular CNV,To random non-blind controlled study methods,Divided into 25cases of the treatment group eyes 31,Control group,27 cases of 30 eyes.Some intravenous therapy group for puerarin at the same time increase service Qi Ge Liquid, The control group was simply vein Cars puerarin.For three months,With vision,retinal changes,fluorescein angiography,indocyanine green choroidal angiography results observed.Results:(1)Eyesight,before and after treatment,vision,the difference was significant(p＜0.01),The control group before and after treatment,the difference was significant(p＜0.05);The two groups with a groan,the difference was significant(p＜0.05),The treatment group than the control group;(2)Fundus improvement of the two groups had a significant difference in treatment group than the control group;(3)FFA and the two groups after treatment ICGA more significant(p＜0.05),the treatment group than the control group;(4)Comparison of the two groups,the differences were significant(p＜0.05),the treatment group than the control group;Conclusion:Tang Qi Ge joint puerarin on choroidal neovascularization has a good treatment,patients can improve the eyesight;Retinal bleeding, leakage,reducing edema;FFA fluorescein leakage reduction;ICGA check CNV narrow area,and more effective than simple application of puerarin. |
