Clinical Studies On The Treatment For Eczema (the Type Of Damp Abundance Due To Deficiency Of Spleen) With Jianpichushiyin

Objective:Eczema is a kind of scytitis caused by intrinsic and exogenous factors and has seeps out the tendency obviously the skin inflammation response. The skin rash multiplicity, is accompanied by the fierce pruritus , easy to recur. The doctor practicing western medicine generally treat the eczema with a antihistamine, immunomodolator and hormone. Easy to cause many side-effects for a long time using the hormone, after stopping the medicine, very quick recrudescence, and after recurring, condition aggravations. Chinese Medicine uses herbal decoction based on the theory of TCM to treat Eczema, which may reduce its side-effect and the recurrence rate, enhances the curative effect. This study sets out to observe the curative effect of Jianpichushiyin and Cetirizine comparison treatment for eczema due to deficiency of spleen. Therefore, the research further proves the Chinese medicine to treat eczema's validity and the security in the diagnosis and treatment foundation, and continues to summarize teacher to experience.Methods:70 patients with eczema from the our-patient department of dermatology in Heilongjiang Chinese medicine hospital were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group of 38 patients was treated with the Chinese medicine, the control group of 32 patients was treated with the western medicine. The treatment group gives the Chinese medicine—Jianpichushiyin and the dosage is one decoction decocted in water for two times oral am and pm one day. The control group gives Cetirizine of 10mg, one time per night. A treatment course of four weeks, after observing 1.5 treatment course, observation targets: curative effect, eczema area and severity index(adopting EASI score method), and the pruritus symptom. All datum after the treatment makes statistics processing to each target, carries on the curative effect appraisal.Result:Two group of patients after treatment, the curative effect, eczema area and severity index and the pruritus symptom improvement comparison all has the significance difference Conclusion:The Chinese medicine Jianpichushiyin treats eczema of damp abundance due to deficiency of spleen effectively. Eczema area and severity index, the pruritus symptom improvement and the curative effect to eczema skin surpasses the control group. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.
