Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Salpingian Phlogistic Obstruction Of Sterility With Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment

Objective:Observe the effect of "jia wei gui ling tang"-with western medicine in the treatment of infertility due to tubal occlusion and Salpingitis, explore better ways of curing the infertility due to tubal occlusion and Salpingitis.Method:102 patients who were diagnosed with Salpingemphraxis Acyesis(qi stagnant and blood stasis type).Treatment:treatment group were treated by orally use of "Guilingtang",clysis and fluid infusion of fallopian tube;control groupⅠwere treated by orally use of "Guilingtang" and fluid infusion of fallopian tube;control groupⅡonly were treated by fluid infusion fallopian tube.All patients were examined by hysterosal pingography.After completing three periods of treatment,the passage degree were recorded after re-examined by hysterosalpingography and following conditions need to be observed:passage of fallopian tube;pregnancy condition within 1 years of fallopian tube passage;comparing the difference of symptoms,tongue and pulse before and after treatment.Results:1.the total clinical effectiue rate of Chinese traditional medicine retention-enema was higher than that of taking orally on renewing fallopian tube functiongs and improving symptoms and syndromes,but the difference was inapparent 2.both therapeutics of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine and injecting wastern medicine to uterus and fallopian tube showed significant difference on renewing fallopiantube functions and syndromes(p＜0.05).3.the difference of curatiue effect between fallopian tube partially obstruct and completely obstruct with the thera peutics of traditional Chinese medicine combinedwith western medicine was significant(p＜0.05).4,The difference of the gravid situation after Tubal patency 1 year between treatment group and the seecond control group was significant(p＜0.05). Conclusion:1.In curative effect of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis's barrenness which was result of uterine tube's inflammation and blockage,the cure of "jiaweiguilingtang"is noticeable.2.In curative effect of barrenness which was result of uterine tube's inflammation and blockage,the cure of remg coloclysis with Chinese crude drug is prior to oral administration.3.In curative effect of barrenness which was result of uterine tube's inflammation and blockage,the treatment of combination of TCM with Western medicine is prior to the only Western medicine cure to uterus-uterine tube transfusion method.4.With the treatment of combination of TCM with Western medicine, the cure of uterine tube's blockage partly is superior to the cure of uterine tube's whole blockage.
