| Blood Pressure (BP) is one of the most important physiological parameters, and it is very important to measure it precisely. Now most of the oscillometric electronic BPmeters, popular used in clinic, is adopted to the empirical algorithms with abstract criteria not related to the real physiological phenomena and, therefore, prone to significant errors.This paper, improved the BP meter from hardware and software aspects.In the software design, this paper, analyzing the native records of cuff pressure during BP measurement, developed two methods to improve the oscillometric blood pressure measurement.The former method, based on the amplitude coefficient, used the mathematical morphology filter to differentiate between pulse and cuff pressure signal well and truly, and then employed the fuzzy logic technology to judge the pulse peak. At last it revised the coefficient and chose a curve fitting method suitable for the calculate ability of singlechip. The latter one developed a hypothesis of oscillometric BP measurement based on physical principles of blood flow.In the hardware design, the BP signal is acquired by the high resolution∑-ΔA/DC system based on AduC848 and the system first used ADuC848 to be the kernelly MCU of the BP meter. Because of the strong analog and digital function of ADuC848, the system is very powerful, simple and has high reliability.Finally, the experiments showed the former strategy could suppress interfere and notable error evidently and make the pressure measurement more nicety and the latter one can advance the individual adaptability greatly. |
