Application Of Indicarmine On The Precancerous Lesions And Early Gastric Cancer

Objective:To study the value of indicarmine staining in diagnosis of precancerous lesions and early gastric cancer.Methods:There are 57 patients with abnormal gastric mucous membrance, in which indicarmine(0.4%)is well distributed by endoscopic spraying. The Staining mucous membrances are examined by histopathologic assay.Result:There are 36 patients with dysplasia or intestinal metaplasia, 4 with early gastric cancers.It is proved that early gastric cancers only existed in the mucous membrance layer and did not metastasized into lymph nodes.Conclusion:The checking rate of precancerous lesions and early gastric cancer are very well improved by blue staining.
