Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Precancerous Lesion Of Gastric Cancer Turbidity Toxin Intrinsic Card With Wnt3a And β-catenin Correlation Studies

Objective: Observe pathological changes of gastric mucosa, Wnt3 a and β-catenin expression levels in patients with precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis, explore the correlation of turbidity toxin intrinsic syndrome and pathological changes, Wnt3 a andβ-catenin in patients with precancerous lesion,to provides a reasonable reference for turbidity toxin theory in PLGC modern medical research to guide clinical practice.Methods:1 In the research literature and consult this professional experts, on the basis of in accordance with the unified standards to make Clinical survey questionnaire.2 Make epidemiological investigation in September 2014 – January 2013 in hebei province hospital outpatient and ward patients clearly diagnosed CAG.Collect the patient’s age, gender, family history, course of diseases,duration and other related information, fill in the questionnaire, and the integrated quantitative according to uniform standard.3 According to the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles of diagnostic criteria to dialectical analysis of clinic patients,the satisfactory patients were divided into two groups, including turbidity toxin intrinsic group of 37 cases, liver stomach with group of 29 cases.4 Four groups were divided,named chronic atrophic gastritis group, chronic atrophic gastritis with mild intestinal metaplasia group, chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia moderate group, chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia severe group, by endoscopy and pathology.5 Immunohistochemistry SP method test expression of Wnt3 a and β-catenin in patients’ gastric mucosa.6 Analyze the distribution law of Wnt3 a andβ-catenin in patients’ gastric mucosa with different symptom in statistical analysis method, analyze the correlation between Wnt3 a,β-catenin in gastric mucosa and pathology in order to explore its relationship with TCM Syndromes.Results:1 The content of Wnt3 a content and β-catenin in mild intestinal metaplasia group, moderate intestinal metaplasia group and severe intestinal metaplasia group is higher than that of separate atrophy group(P<0.05).Wnt3 a content and β-catenin content: mild intestinal metaplasia group<moderate intestinal metaplasia group<severe intestinal metaplasia group(P<0.05)。2 Compared with liver-stomach disharmony,turbidity toxin intrinsicwas atrphy, intestinal degree increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Wnt3 a content and β-catenin content: Wnt3 a content and β-catenin content: turbidity toxin intrinsic syndrome with intestinal > liver-stomach disharmony with intestinal, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1 "Turbid poison" increasing the incident of gastric mucosal atrophy, intestinal.2 "Turbid poison" may have contributed to the mechanism of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer caused imbalance of Wnt signaling pathway,and speed up the cell proliferation and differention,slow down the cell apoptosis,thuscaused gastric mucosal damage.
