The Clinical Study Of Fuzhengkangjia Mixture On Treating The Hashimoto's Thyroiditis In Corporating With Hypothyroidism

Objective:To observe the curative effect of using Fuzhengkangjia Mixture and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets to treat the Hashimoto's thyroiditis incorporating with Hypothyroidism,which were caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney.To investigate it's functional mechanism from the perspective of modern medicine and to explore the new methods of TCM in treating these diseases.Methods:60 patients diagnosed Hashimoto's thyroiditis incorporating with Hypothyroidism were divided into two groups randomly.30 patients were given Fuzhengkangjia Mixture and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets as observed group,and others were given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets as control group.All the patients were given medicine for 4 weeks as a course.Taken for 2 courses.Results:The symptoms and signs were improved significantly in observed group compared with the control's,P<0.05;the level of the thyroxin,TG-Ab and TPO-Ab have significantly differences between the two groups,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01;The thyroid gland volume,the isthmus thickness and the basic metaboly rate were improved significantly on the observed group,P<0.05.There had no adverse reaction in the course of treatment,and the clinical efficacy were safe.Conclusions:The Clinical observation had proved Fuzhengkangjia Mixture and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets can treat the Hashimoto's thyroiditis incorporating with Hypothyroidism effectively.There had less adverse effects.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
