Observation Of Theraputical Effect Of Incision And Thread-drawing Technique In The Treatment Of Anal Fistula:An Analysis Of 102 Cases

Objective: The therapeutical effects,surgical procedures,wound healing and points for attention of the disposable incision hanging the line technique in the treatment of anal fistula were evaluated in the retrospective study.Method:102 patients with anal fistula were treated in the first affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of TCM from 2006 to 2008,who underwent such different surgical treatments as incision and threat-drawing. Then treating them with anti-inflammation,smoking and washing with traditional Chinese drugs,and sitting bath after the operation.Result: 100cases were healed,2 cases were relapsing ,which were cured by surgical operations a second time .The average cured time was 23.50days.Conclusion:Incision and thread-drawing technique in the treatment of anal fistula could lower the recurrence rate obviously,and might have the strong points in shortening treatment course and in relieving patients pain.
