Retrospective Analysis To Use Drainage Thread-drawing To Treatment High Anal Fistula And High Crissum Abscess

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the patients with high perianal abscess and high anal fistula in the 11th Five-Year Plan,including the cure rate,recurrence rate and anal function score.The short-term efficacy of the virtual lead-To explore the scientific,sexual and safety of the treatment of high perianal abscess and high anal fistula,and to lay the groundwork for the successful development of the project of the second five countries.Methods:A total of 193 patients who were diagnosed with high anal fistula and high abscess were retrospectively analyzed during the 11th Five-Year Period(2007.12-2010.12).Among them,114 cases of high anal fistula(56 cases of drainage thread-drawing,58 cases of thread-drawing);high perianal abscess in 79 cases(42 cases of drainage thread-drawing,actually thread-drawing 37 cases).By checking the case,telephone return visit,mail and petition,to observe the postoperative cure,anal function score,recurrence.Results:A total of 95 valid questionnaires were collected during the visit.After the investigation,the two groups of patients were completely wounded.After statistical analysis,the total curative effect was compared,Year,each patient had relapse,and 6 patients had recurrence of perianal abscess in the 6th year.In the second and third years after operation,2 cases had recurrence,5,6 and 7 years Each patient had recurrence.The recurrence rate was 3.92%and the recurrence rate was 4.54%.The anal function of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The statistical analysis of the two groups of patients in the anal function evaluation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),virtual hanging line group can better protect the anal sphincter function,to avoid anal incontinence,deformity and other complications happened.Virtual hanging line method in line with modern minimally invasive surgical theory,its emphasis on the protection of the anal sphincter,more emphasis on its drainage and foreign body stimulation,through retrospective comparative analysis,virtual line method used in the treatment of high abscess and high anal fistula is effective and Safe,worthy of clinical use.
