Clinical Observation Of High-frequency Electric Knife Incision And Thread-drawing Drainage In The Treatment Of High Complex Anal Fistula

Objective:Explore the effect and advantage of high-frequency electric knife incision and thread-drawing drainage in treating high complex anal fistula through the contrast of this topic.Methods:The 114 inpatient cases selected from department of Anus and intestine combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine of Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College druing April 2021 to January 2022,were consistent with the diagnosis of High Complex Anal Fistula.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control group A and control group B.The treatment group,which is high-frequency electric knife incision and thread-drawing drainage for the treatment of High Complex Anal Fistula,includes 38 cases.The control group A,which is incision and hanging wire with rubber strip drainage group,includes 38 cases.The control group B,which is incision and thread hanging oil yarn strip drainage group,includes 38 cases.The cure rate,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding,postoperative pain,postoperative urinary retention,soaking time of incision accessories and other indicators of the cases from the three groups were observed,recorded,compared and analyzed.Results:There were no statistical differences in age,soaking time of incision accessories,course of disease,sex among the three groups(P>0.05).There were statistical differences in operation time,bleeding during operation,postoperative bleeding,postoperative pain,postoperative urinary retention,wound healing time and cure rate between the three groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional incision and rubber strip drainage and incision and hanging oil sand strip drainage,using high-frequency electric knife incision and hanging wire drainage can significantly reduce the operation time,and can avoid the removal of stitches and the pain of the removal of stitches.According to the principle of heat effect of high frequency electric knife,the tissue of Fistula Wall and the infection focus of internal mouth were treated as much as possible during the operation.This method can obviously improve the cure rate,reduce the bleeding during and after operation,effectively reduce the postoperative pain and discomfort and reduce the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention.Therefore,high-frequency electrosurgical incision and thread-drawing drainage for High Complex Anal Fistula has high value of application,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
