| Objective:Measured by observing a branch of right renal artery with renal hilums and the distance between the inferior vena cava of the anatomy,second branch of ventral branch of right kidney with the relationship between renal hilum to explore the right kidney after exposure to the road outside the artery Feasibility and Cautions.Materials and Methods:1.The body of sources and observation indicatorsSelected to deal with by conventional anti-corrosion teaching adult autopsy specimens 30(27 male,3 female) of all specimens from the Department of Anatomy,Kunming Medical College to offer all abdominal organs were exposed by conventional anatomy (all made of specimens for anatomical teaching and research section anatomical specimens and teaching outside the hospital for the production of anatomical teaching specimens) Right outside the vascular specimens without damage,no damage to the inferior vena cava,retroperitoneal location of the right kidney did not change into the study.Observation:1) observation of a specimen of each branch of the right renal artery number,the Deputy of the presence or absence of renal artery.2) respectively from a branch of the inferior vena cava,kidneys from the hilum,hilum-to-kidney distance between the inferior vena cava of the length of the renal artery.3) a branch in the right margin of the inferior vena cava,the right margin of the inferior vena cava-0.5cm,>0.5cm section number and proportion of cases.4) ventral branch with two branches of the relationship between renal hilum. 2.DSA arteriography and ObservationCollected in 2003 -2007 in the Second Hospital of Kunming Medical College DSA interventional angiography room right renal artery of the clinical imaging information angiography(male 21 cases,nine cases of women),all subjects were or suspected renal,renal artery or adrenal disease and renal arteriography.DSA arteriography after diagnosis:five cases of right renal cell carcinoma(non-invasive lesion and the right kidney artery),one cases of renal inflammatory lesions,three cases of right adrenal lesion,2 cases of right renal artery stenosis;three cases of carcinoma of the left kidney,two cases of renal artery stenosis,2 cases of renal atrophy,2 cases of left adrenal gland disease,renal disease cases at the same time outside the right kidney artery imaging;preoperative diagnosis of renal artery stenosis after arterial been 10 cases of abnormal.Observation:1) observing the number of right renal artery branch, the Deputy of the presence or absence of renal artery;2) a branch of right renal artery and renal hilums and the relationship between the inferior vena cava that is:a branch in the right margin of the inferior vena cava the inside or outside;branch level in the kidney or outside the hilum.3) two branches of the ventral branch in the kidney or outside the hilum.Results:1.The body of observational results1) the number of right renal artery branch a body of 28-type(93.3%),two type 2 the body(6.7%).Vice renal artery of the body there are four(13.3%),the Deputy kidney into the renal artery are the most.2) 20 cases of right renal artery is located in a branch of the inferior vena cava from the right outside edge of the hilum from the kidney to 2.4±0.11cm,inferior vena cava from a distance of 0.7±0.59;20 cases a branch of right renal artery is located in the right margin of the inferior vena cava of the kidney outside the hilum to the inferior vena cava between the renal artery from a length of 2.7±0.74.10 cases a branch of right renal artery is located posterior segment of inferior vena cava interior vena cava from the right edge of the distance of -0.7±0.41cm;10 cases a branch of right renal artery is located in the inferior vena cava inferior vena cava posterior to the renal hilum distance between the renal artery for 2.2±0.24.3) a branch of right renal artery is located in the inferior vena outside edge of the right vein,20 cases(66.7%):the right to 0.5cm13 cases outside edge (43.3%),>0.5cm paragraph 7 cases(23.3%);right renal artery is located in a branch of the right inferior vena cava lateral margin of the 10 cases(33.3%)(including two of the anatomical specimens artery).4) The two branches of the ventral branch in 10 cases of renal Mennea(33.3%);ventral two teams outside the branch in 20 cases of kidney(66.7%).2.Arteriography DSA observations1) DSA arteriography artery type 1 anatomy of 30 cases;the existence of vice renal artery in 4 patients(13.3%),the Deputy kidney into the renal artery are the most.2) a branch of renal artery in the segment and the ratio of the number of cases:a branch of the medial part of the hilum in the nine cases of kidney(30.0%);renal inferior vena cava above the hilum to the 15 cases(50.0%);the inferior vena cava six cases in the right margin(20.0%).3) two branches of the ventral branch in 12 cases of renal Mennea(40.0%);ventral two teams outside the branch in 18 cases of kidney(60.0%).Conclusion:1.The right of the inferior vena cava can be exposed outside the 2 / 3 study of renal artery,the more close to the hilum is more easily renal renal artery paragraph to show support and not easy to reveal renal artery.2.13.3%- 16.6%on the very existence of renal vice kidney renal artery when the separation of the most should be on high alert to avoid injury.3.When a branch is located in the inferior vena cava or too close to the inferior vena cava,combined with before and after separation into the road before and after the branch is a more reasonable choice. |
