Clinical And Immune Observation Of Using Traditional Chinese Medicine To Treat Irritability Nature Pelioma

Objective:In order to discuss the therapy mentioned below on the impact of immunization of patients with allergic purpura(AP),we investigate the clinical efficacy of AP after drug washing and drinking Chinese medicine with intravenous Ligustrazine therapy,and determine the level of T cell subsets,all of which are based on past research.Methods:To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of 23 AP patients after drinking XIAODIAN decoction and drug washing with intravenous Ligustrazine.To evaluate the change of the clinical efficacy and cell-mediated immunity by the measurement of the percentage of CD4 and CD8 cells before treatment.Results:After drug washing and drinking Chinese medicine with intravenous Ligustrazine on 23 AP patients,there were 17 cured cases,5 markedly effective cases and 1 effective cases,with a total effective rate was 100%.The improvement of clinical symptoms were significant and the emergence of HSPN can be prevented effectively.There were 2 cases of renal damage after treatment with a percentage of 13.3%,which were manifested by simple hematuria and one associated with proteinuria,and its occurrence was 20%to 80%lower than the foreign report.Compared to healthy children,the level of CD4 was much lower before treatment,which was confirmed that there was immune function disorder in AP patients.The relapse rate was 17.39%4 weeks after treatment,which was lower than the rate of 38%of the observition on Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Clinical analysis of 116 cases performed by the affiliated hospital Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College in Huazhong University of Science and Technology.Conclutions:The condition of AP pationts can be improved effectively and the relapse rate can be lowed after drug washing and drinking Chinese medicine with intravenous Ligustrazine therapy.The significant improvement of immune status of acute AP patients can be known by determining the level of T cell subsets,which has some clinical value of providing a new and effective path in treating AP and reducing the pain of AP patients.
