| Guyifang is the preparation summarized by the orthopaedics doctors of Foshan Hospital of TCM,according to their clinical experience,be mainly used to treat wound earlier period of the extravasated blood disease,particularly be partial to supper of lamb.This article reviews literature of the past 10 years on the soft tissue contusion in early phase of fracture,and with clinical observation,report on the clinical efficacy of Guyifang to treat soft tissue contusion in early phase of shaft fracture of tibia and fibular.Objective:To observe the treatment efficacy of Guyifang to treat soft tissue contusion that limb swelling and congestion in early phase of shaft fracture of tibia and fibular,at the same time to study the impact of Hemorrheologic changes,thus for clinical applications and to promote early fracture healing Guyifang to provide adequate and effective clinical basis,do the preparations for the clinical the development of new drugs.Methods:The use of randomized controlled research methods,we divide the 60 cases patients of shaft fracture of tibia and fibular into Guyifang group(treatment group) and Yunnanbaiyao group(control group),one week course of treatment,and record the cardinal symptom and objective sign of prior treatment and post treatment,and check the Hemorrheologic changes,do the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Guyifang.Results:After the treatment,the Guyifang treatment group has 100.00% efficiency and Yunnanbaiyao control group has 86.67%efficiency,the results showed that the observed events of prior treatment and post treatment were significantly different,there are statistically significant.Conclusion:Using Guyifang to treat the patients of soft tissue contusion in early phase of fracture can significantly reduce their pain,and eliminate swelling of limb more quicker,and Guyifang can significantly reduce the blood of patients with fractures of the early high-poly and high viscosity,can improved state of hemorheology. |
