The Clinic Research Of The Effect Of Yiqi Quyu Fa Intervening Oxidative Stress In Coronary Angina Pectoris

Background:Nowaday,coronary heart disease is the leading cause of hazarding human health and death.Its morbidity is increasing year by year in our country.Sclerosis causes seriously imbalance of acute or subacute oxygen delivery in cardiac muscle,which results in damage.It is the basic pathological change in coronary heart disease.Studies have shown in recent years that oxidative stress plays an important role in mechanisms on onset of coronary heart disease.What the pathological state of oxidative stress refers to is because the oxygen free radical excessive production and the elimination are unbalanced,the active oxygen further stores up in the cell,which causes the oxygen free radical and the related metabolite excessive accumulation,then makes many kinds of toxic effects on the myocardial cell.How to prevent and control oxidative stress in coronary disease is important.Objective:To validate clinicalcurative effect that Buyang Huanwu Decoction improve clinical symptom and prognosis in patients of coronary heart disease through testing the level of NO,SOD,MDA,vWF in serum.To explain its intervention in oxidative stress as well as reversing blood endothelium function obstacle in coronary disease.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Quyu Fa on coronary angina pectoris and the prevention to oxidative stress.Method:This is a prospective,single-blind,randomized,matched controlled trial. 60 patients that were diagnosed as coronary angina pectoris were randomly grouped to treatment group and controlled group.Each group had 30 cases. The two groups were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and placebo separately on the basis of basical treatment by 3 weeks continuously. After 3 weeks,we observed the change of clinical symptoms of angina pectoris,EKG reading,Chinese medical symptoms,qixu symdrome,xueyu symdrome and the oxidative stress targets ET,NO,SOD,MDA,vWF.Result:Clinical symptoms of angina curative effect:Angina integra was significantly improved in treatment group(P＜0.01).Symptoms of angina were improved effectively in treatment group(P＜0.05).Treatment group shown 90%and controlled group shown 63.3%.Their differences had great statistical significance(P＜0.05).EKG curative effect:The EKG curative effect of the two group separately shown 86.7%and 76.7%.Their differences had great statistical significance(P＞0.05).Chinese medical symptoms curative effect:Chinese medical symptoms were improved effectively in two groups(P＜0.05),but the treatment group was more improved than controlled group(P＜0.01).Treatment group shown 90% and controlled group shown 66.7%.Their differences had great statistical significance(P＜0.05).Treatment group of qixu xueyu symptom integra is lower than that before treatment(P＜0.01).Moreover,treatment group of qixu xueyu symptom integra is significantly lower than that of controlled group and treatment group of non-qixu xueyu symptom(P＜0.05). SOD,MDA:The level of MDA in serum decreased in treatment group(P＜0.01). The level of SOD increased in treatment group(P＜0.01).Compared to controlled group,their differences had great statistical significance (P＜0.05).ET,NO:The level of ET in serum decreased and the level of NO increased in treatment group,there were statistical significance(P＜0.01).The level of ET in serum was much lower than that of controlled group after treatment(P＜0.01).The level of NO in serum was much higher than that of controlled group after treatment(P＜0.01).vWF:The level of vWF of two groups has no statistical significance before treatment.The level of vWF of treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P＜0.05).Furthermore,the level of vWF was much lower than that of controlled group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The results of the experiment show that Yiqi Quyu fang Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients of coronary disease.Especially the clinical symptoms alleviation and the Chinese medical symptoms integral improvement surpasses the pure western medicine treatment group obviously.It can control angina pectoris attack, improve Chinese medical symptoms without side-effect.By decreasing the level of MDA and increasing the level of SOD in serum,it indicates that Buyang Huanwu Decoction has certain antioxidation function,It can decrease the level of ET significantly and increase the level of NO,and suppress the release of vWF,whice controlls reversed blood endothelium function obstacle partly.
