After treatment of serum Leptin levels of the male(5.54±0.68), serum Leptin levels of female(14.45±5.49) statistical differences exist(p＜0.01).Leptin levels of female children are 2-3 times that of male children.3.Treatment group and control group children,serum Leptin levels,BMI before and after treatment compared with a significant difference(p＜0.05);and the treatment group Leptin levels in serum of children,BMI decreased significantly after treatment,compared with the control group with significant difference(p＜0.05).4.Treatment group and control group Serum Leptin Levels and BMI was positively related to the change.
