Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Of Cervical Spondylosis By "Tiaojiu Theropy"

Purpose:To observe improvement Of cervical vertebrae in the radicular spondylosis and effects of electrophysiology with Tiaojiu theropy.Method:60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases) and contrastive group(32 cases).The first group were treated by tiaojiu therapy and the other one were treated by acupuncture routinely. Statistic analysis include the difference of syndrome,score of physical sign,electromyography and F-wave conductor test. We compare the pre-test and post-test statistic result.Result:Each group gained significant improvement. (P<0 .01). Each group gained significantimprovement of F-wave conduction velocity after treatment(P<0 .01).There was significant diference between each group after treatment.Conclusion:1.Treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis with tiaojiu theropy can gained significant imporvement.2.The effect of tiaojiu theropy is better than routine acupuncture.3. Electromyographic is less sensibility than F-wave conduction test. F-wave conduction test is sensibility for assessing nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.
