| Purpose:Based on bibliometrics,the related literatures about acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis were visually analyzed,the development of this field was revealed,the main research institutions and hot spots were found,and the development trend and research hotspots in this field were predicted,which provided reference for researchers to select topics.On this basis,aiming at its research hotspots,the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and knife treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in recent ten years were evaluated by systematic evaluation method,which provided reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Materials and Methods:This study is divided into two parts according to the research purpose.Part I:The data mainly come from CNKI,Wanfang Medical Database and Chongqing Weipu Chinese Journal Database.According to the data in journals and doctoral dissertations related to acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis,visual analysis and descriptive statistics are carried out.The literature on acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis was analyzed by bibliometrics.Using visual software Citespace and VOSviewer,this paper analyzes the co-occurrence of the data of author cooperation,institution cooperation and fund support in this field,and finds out the active scholars and active institutions in this field;Co-occurrence analysis of keywords in this research field is carried out,and research hotspots and development trends in this field are predicted.Descriptive statistical analysis,co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis are mainly used in this study.Part two:the data mainly come from Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Medicine,PubMed,Web Of Science,Scopus,The Cochrane Library,etc.,supplemented by domain books and magazines.To search the academic papers of clinical randomized controlled trials with acupuncture-knife therapy as intervention measure in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Two professionally trained personnel evaluated the quality of the documents they included.According to the baseline data of the documents,the application software was RevMan5.3 The research indexes(effective rate,visual analogue pain score,cervical dysfunction index)were systematically evaluated by Stata 15.0 software.Results:1.The number of published articles in this field has declined in recent years,but it still maintains a high number of published articles;The papers included in the research are less funded by the fund,accounting for 7.03%of periodical literature and 0.39%of doctoral and master papers,among which 38 papers are funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.Among the journals included in the study,there are 545 core journals,accounting for 22.28%.Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibusti on,j ournal of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion and Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion are influential magazines in this field,with 119 papers,107 papers and 92 papers respectively,ranking the top three.Ranked in the top 20,with 11 at the national level,and 9 at the Chinese core and the science and technology core,each accounting for about the same proportion.Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine awarded the most doctoral degrees in the field of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis,reaching 84,close to one-third of the total;The number of H index journals is 43,and that of doctoral dissertation is 11.2.The research in this field is widely distributed,and there are internal institutions or inter-regional cooperation as well as inter-regional cooperation among research institutions.The main research institution is Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Research institutions are mainly concentrated in the southeast and central regions.3.There are four maj or author cooperation networks in this field,which contain many authors,and each cooperation network has its core author team,in addition,there are smaller cooperation networks with less than four people.4.The main acupuncture treatment methods in the study of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis include:needle knife,acupuncture,warm acupuncture,silver needle,electroacupuncture,internal heating needle,pestle needle,hand three needles,abdominal needle,etc.Internal hot needling and pestle needling are expected to become hot spot needling methods.The main auxiliary treatment methods of Chinese medicine include:manipulation,bonesetting massage,chiropractic,cupping,magic lamp irradiation,Chinese medicine,etc.Bone-setting massage is expected to become a hot auxiliary method of traditional Chinese medicine.The main western medicine auxiliary methods:hyperbaric oxygen,surgery,coping test,ultrasound guidance,McKenzie therapy,etc.;Among them,ultrasound guidance is expected to become a hot western medicine auxiliary treatment.There are many researches on the classification of diseases,among which the research on nerve root type is expected to become a hot spot.The main research methods include:clinical efficacy observation,animal experiment,review,systematic evaluation,data envelopment analysis,randomized controlled trial,experience summary,etc.Animal experiment is a hot research method in recent years.In addition,the study of hemodynamics,special points and meridian tendon theory is also expected to become a hot spot.5.Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was P=0.981>0.1,and the fixed effect model was adopted[RR=1.12,95%CI(1.00,1.25),P<0.001],indicating that the results were statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in effective rate.Compared with the control group,the pain visual simulation score of the treatment group was P<0.1,indicating heterogeneity.The random effect model was adopted,and the results[SMD=-1.97,95%CI(-2.69,-1.24),P<0.001]showed statistical significance,indicating that the pain visual simulation score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the results of cervical dysfunction index showed that the treatment group had heterogeneity(P<0.1).Using random effect model,the results[SMD=-1.75,95%CI(-2.44,-1.05),P<0.001]showed statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in cervical dysfunction index.Among the 11 literatures,2 mentioned adverse reactions,one did not happen,and one reported tenderness,stiffness,upper limb discomfort and other symptoms,which disappeared the next day.Conclusion:1.In recent years,although the number of papers published in this field has decreased slightly,it still keeps a high popularity,which has certain research value.2.Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibusti on,j ournal of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion and Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion are the main journals in this field.Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has published a large number of dissertations.3.Periodical literature and doctoral dissertations are less funded by the fund,accounting for a smaller proportion.It shows that there are not many successful projects in the field of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis,but the proportion of state-funded funds is increasing year by year,which shows that the research in this field is gradually valued by the state.4.According to the H index,the quality of periodical literature is generally high,and the high-quality papers of doctoral and master’s papers are relatively lacking.5.In terms of institutional cooperation,scientific research institutions in this field have good cooperation across regions and institutions.Among them,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has the most extensive cooperation in acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis,while Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine are more active institutions.There are Guangdong and Guangxi,Liaoning and Shanghai,Gansu and Shanghai,Beijing and Shanghai,that is,there are "North-South cooperation" and "East-West cooperation".6.In terms of teamwork,Professor Liu Fushui from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,liu yuzhen from 464 Hospital of PLA,Professor Lin Munan from Fujian General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region and Professor Xiu Zhongbiao from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine will probably be active in the research field of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis in the next few years.7.Needle knife,acupuncture and warm acupuncture will be the research hotspots in this field,and internal hot needle,pestle needle,hand three needles,beryllium needle and pressing needle may become new acupuncture methods in recent years.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the direction of auxiliary acupuncture and the combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation techniques of traditional Chinese medicine will become hot spots;Nerve root type may become a hot classification,and the qi stagnation and blood stasis type of nerve root type cervical spondylosis will become a research hot spot;Clinical efficacy observation,systematic evaluation and experience summary will become the research hotspots,and data mining and visual analysis will become the new research methods.8.Compared with other methods(routine acupuncture,meloxicam,nerve block,radio frequency,ozone,electroacupuncture,traction and massage),acupotomy has certain curative advantages in the total effective rate,pain visual simulation score and cervical dysfunction index of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.9.The number of documents included in the evaluation of this system is small,and most of the documents are of low quality,lack of relevant data and relevant foreign literature(needle-knife therapy is mostly limited in China),which affects the extrapolation and accuracy of the evaluation conclusions of this system,so this research conclusion should be treated with caution. |
