Salping Obstruent Inferticity's Literature Study Of TMC In Modern Times

For women,salpingitis are one of the important causes of infertility, accounting for 20%~40%,and the disease is more and more recently. In recent years,the research of SOI 's diagnosis and treatment has attracted increasing attention.From the existing artieles of modern medicine, treatment methods for SOI at present are hydrotubation,anti-inflammatory, oviduct reshaping and adhesionl stomal,decomposition methods and ect,but the effect is not ideal,and surgical treatment is often difficult to accept. The therapeutic effect of curing the SOI by the TCM is remarkable and the means of administration are differently.Some important literature about the SOI from 1949 were systematized with method of bibliography integrated statistical analysis to study the etiologic and pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of the SOI.Establish the data base for the etiologic and pathogenesis,oral prescription herbs and clyster prescription herbs.Use the statistics method to study the law of scientific developing.From the database,the frequency of herbs was analyzed by statistic method.Besides the most frequently used herbs were selected too.The last part of the article summarizes the main etiology and pathogenesis of SOI and poses four basic methods of treating for.SOI.I think they are important principals to treat SOI,and will direct.clinicinas well too.
