Objective Combing the theoretical evolution of Chinese ancient medicine on the etiology and pathogenesis of rhinoplasty,conducting data mining on ancient Bi Yuanmedications and modern clinical therapy Bi Yuanmedications,analyzing the characteristics and prescription rules of ancient and modern Bi Yuanmedications,and comparing the similarities and differences of ancient and modern Bi Yuanmedications.Provide research ideas and inspiration for modern clinical and scientific research.Methods 1.Use "biyuan","brain leakage" and other keywords in the "Chinese Medical Dictionary" to search for relevant data from the pre-Qin to Ming and Qing periods,and collect and extract the contents of the etiology and pathogenesis of the Bi Yuan and the prescriptions and medicines.Summarize the history of the etiology and pathogenesis of Bi Yuan in the past dynasties and the characteristics of the theoretical evolution,and standardize the data of ancient prescriptions for the treatment of Bi Yuan that meet the included standards to establish an ancient drug database.2.Searching the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)from January 1999 to December 2019 with the subject headings of "biyuan" or"nasosinusitis" and "Chinese medicine" or "syndrome differentiation and treatment"According to the clinical literature on the treatment of Bi Yuan with traditional Chinese medicine,we screened out the prescriptions for modern clinical treatment of Bi Yuan that meet the inclusion criteria,and established a modern drug database after standardized data processing.3.Upload the database to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0),and use the frequency statistics function in the platform to perform frequency statistics on the ancient and modern medicine database for high-frequency drugs,drug efficacy,four qi,five flavors,and return to the meridian,and calculate the frequency,Perform frequency statistics of syndrome types on the modern drug database,and generate ancient and modern drug data analysis charts under each parameter;use the prescription analysis function in the platform,according to the sample characteristics of each database,by setting appropriate support and confidence levels,The ancient and modern medication database separately divides the medication modulus and drug association rules,and generates and displays the association rules in the ancient and modern medication database through data mining through the use of the network topology function in the platform.Results 1.The ancient medical research on Bi yuan began in the "Huangdi Neijing".During the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,a large number of famous prescriptions for the treatment of Bi yuan appeared,and the cause of exogenous infection began to be introduced into the pathogenesis of Bi yuan.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the research on Bi yuan reached its prosperity,and began to focus on the internal and external causes of the onset of Bi yuan and the research on the deficiency of the nose.In the Qing Dynasty,the research on the etiology and pathogenesis of the Bi Yuan was gradually completed,moving towards a relatively mature stage of syndrome differentiation and treatment.2.After data collection and screening,110 prescriptions were included in the ancient literature database,involving 193 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines;272 prescriptions were included in the modern literature database,involving 212 kinds of drugs.There are seven medicines in the top ten with the same frequency in ancient and modern medicines,namely Angelica dahurica,Xinyi,Cocklebur,Licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,and Peppermint.There are three different medicines in ancient and modern documents.In modern documents,there are also Platycodon grandiflorum,Asarum,and honeysuckle.Ancient documents also include Poria,Ginseng,and Angelica.3.The distribution of the efficacy and use of ancient and modern medications shows the consistency of ancient and modern medications,and only part of the efficacy differs in the distribution of proportions.Modern medicines are basically similar to ancient medicines in terms of the distribution of four qi,five flavors,and return channels,as well as the proportion of frequency.In ancient and modern times,warm medicine and cold medicine accounted for the largest proportion;the five flavors were mainly pungent,bitter,and sweet;In terms of meridian,the most used medicine in ancient and modern times is the lung meridian,followed by the stomach,liver,spleen,and heart meridians.4.In the analysis of ancient and modern drug use patterns,the combination of licorice and Ligusticum chuanxiong is the highest in ancient drug data,and the combination of Baizhi and Xinyi is the highest in modern times.In terms of drug relevance,ancient and modern drugs such as Baizhi,mint,and Xinyi are the core correlations.drug.Conclusion There is consistency in the treatment of Bi yuan in ancient and modern Chinese medicine.On the basis of inheriting the methods of ancient Bi yuan therapy,modern TCM clinical practice combines the progress of modern medical research,and based on the actual situation of modern clinical practice,there are deficiencies in the treatment of Bi yuan.There are also innovations in these areas.On this basis,it is necessary to increase the theoretical excavation and experience summary of the ancient medicine on the nasal cavity to achieve breakthroughs in clinical and research. |
