Clinical Observation On The Therapy Of Knee Osteoarthritis Combined With The Synovitis Using Guixionghuayutang Immersion In Liquor

Objective:This Clinical observation to observe the subject in order to traditional Chinese medicine guixionghuayutang immersion in the liquor to treatment the patients of the knee osteoarthritis combined with the synovitis.observation of patients with clinical symptoms and signs such as changes in clinical efficacy,for knee osteoarthritis in patients with combined treatment of synovitis to create a safe and effective way.Methods:All the 61 patients consistent with the internalize standard were randomly divided into two groups.The treament group that has 31 patients was treated by the external of guixionghuayutang and the control group that has 30 patients was treated by the external of idclfenac diethylamine emulgel.To observe the effect of the two groups and compared.Results:Observation showed that the difference between two groups of effects,The total effective rate of treament group is 90.33%,the control group is 70.00%.After been examined by Ridit analysis(P＞0.05),There was a statistics significant.Comparing the symptoms and physical sign integrals of patients before treatment and post treatment,all the indexs have statistical significant(P＜0.05),the results of post treatment are better than that of beffore treatment obviously.Conclusion:The sffect of using guixionghuayutang in lipuor to treat the knee osteoarthritis combined with synovitis is to relieve clinical symptom and improve joint fuction obviously.moreover,it has no any side effect,It is a safe and effective therapeutic process for generalization.
