| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating cold urticaria with Jude -Screen powder and Gui-ma- ge-ban tang.Method:68 cases from the first hospital of Heilongjiang Chinese medicine university with cold urticaria were divided into two groups at random.All cases in the two groups have no statistical significance differences in age gender course of disease and severity,thus possessing comparability Jude -Screen powder and Gui-ma- ge-ban tang were give to the treatment group,and the same time,Loratadine tablets only was given to the control groups.Results:After half a month,we observed the data,it shows that in the treatment group 10 cases was cured,10 excellence,11 utility,3 inefficacy and the totally effective rate was 91.18%;while that of the control group 9 cases was cured,9 excellence,6 utility,10 inefficacy and the totally effective rate of the control group come to be 70.59%,and there is significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).The data of after 2 months is:In the treatment group 11 cases was cured,11 excellence,10 utility,2 inefficacy ad the totally effective rate 94.12%,and in the control group 9 cases was cured, 10 excellence,7 utility,8 inefficacy and the totally effective rate 76.47%. There is a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusions:Jude -Screen powder and ma-gui-ge-ban-tang are an effective drug in treating CU and the mechanism might be related to the immunologic regulation functions. |
