Study On The Impact Of Naomaining Tablets In The Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction And The Clinical Observation Of Plasma Fibrinogen, Platelet Aggregation Rate

Objective:By studying patients with cerebral infarction naomaining tablet of plasma fibrinogen(FIB) and platelet aggregation rate(PAgT) the impact of observation naomaining tablet in treating cerebral infarction,its clinical application value.Method:60 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.30 cases in which the control group,male 19 cases,11 cases of women given conventional treatment,two weeks ago to give Danshen injection by adding 20ml in 250ml normal saline intravenous drip,once a day,two weeks after the injection given gastrodin adding 6ml 250ml of normal saline intravenous drip,once a day,four weeks treatment.30 cases of treatment group,based on the conventional treatment given oral naomaining tablet treatment,treatment for 4 weeks.Treatment before and after treatment for 4 weeks in patients with cerebral infarction were used to detect the level of FIB and PAgT,and 20 cases of healthy controls.Results:(1) cured three eases of treatment group,nine cases of markedly effective in 14 cases,four cases of invalidity,the basic recovery rate of 40 percent,with a total effective rate was 86.7%;control group 1 cases cured,markedly effective in 4 cases,13 cases of effective and ineffective 12 cases,the basic recovery rate of 16.7%,total effective rate was 60%,compared the two groups were significantly different(P＜0.05).(2) two groups of patients before treatment FIB,PAgT were significantly higher than the healthy group(P＜0.01),after treatment,FIB,PAgT level decreased before treatment and after treatment with the control group was significant compared differences(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),compared the control group before and after treatment there was no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusions:1,naomaining tablet in patients with cerebral infarction can reduce the neurological deficit score,clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction has significantly improved. 2,naomainingtablets effective to reduce plasma FIB, enhanced fibrinolytic activity in the body to speed up the degradation of FIB and anti-platelet aggregation,improve cerebral infarction in patients with endogenous fibrinolytic system dysfunction.
