Aims:The study divide the patients who are diyslipoproteinemia into two groups, the TLC treating groups and the electro-acupuncture group;By comparing with serum lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)by these two groups to evaluate the effect of electro-acupuncturing the FengLong points. Methods:The main source of research for the Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital Heart Center, inpatient and outpatient,in October 2008 to April 2009 date range,in accordance with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, selected eligible subjects.A total of 60 diyslipoproteinemia patients were randomized into two groups, the treated group(n=30) and control group (n=30).The control group were treated by the therapeutic life-style change, the treated group were treated by the therapeutic life-style change and electro-acupuncturing the FengLong point. The course of treatment are one month,If enrolled patients had other diseases, added correspondent drugs according to the relative guideline. The use of database software SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis of the data management, processing and statistical analysis, the following index were observed:serum lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C).Result:Total of 60 diyslipoproteinemia patients, the treated group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The treatment group conclude 19 males and 11 females, average age was 47.4±1.38 years old, before treatment, the average level of the TC was 4.77±1.38mmol/L,TG was 1.37±0.50mmol/L,HDL-C was 1.38±0.58mmol/L,LDL-C was 2.74±1.26mmol/L,after treatment, the average level of the TC was 3.93±1.10mmol/L,TG was 1.16±0.48mmol/L,HDL-C was 1.68± 0.56mmol/L,LDL-C was 1.84±0.73mmol/L;The control group conclude 14 males and 16 females, average age was 46.9±1.34 years old, before treatment, the average level of the TC was 4.77±1.33mmol/L,TG was 1.64±0.67mmol/L,HDL-C was 1.27±0.53mmol/L,LDL-C was 2.78±1.21mmol/L,after treatment, the average level of the TC was 4.69±1.34mmol/L,TG was 1.48±0.69mmol/L,HDL-C was 1.33±0.53mmol/L,LDL-C was 2.62±1.21mmol/L;The baseline information between two groups had no signifant difference(P>0.05),after four courses of treatment,1.Both two groups' TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C improved obviously.(P<0.01)2.Compared treated group with control group, the TC,TG,HDL-C of the the treated group improved better,It has statistics significance(P<0.05), but the LDL-C have distinct improvement(P<0.01).3.Both the treated group and control group had no abvous or serous side-effects.Conclusions:The study divide the patients who are diyslipoproteinemia into two groups, by comparing with serum lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)by these two groups to evaluate the effect of electro-acupuncturing the FengLong points. The study show that:1.This research show that both the treated group and control group have precise curative effects to the diyslipoproteinemia patients.2.Electro-acupuncturing the FengLong point can obvious regulates the content of TC,LDL-C,TG,HDL-C in lipid and much lower the LDL-C than the control group.3.Improve the diyslipoproteinemia by electro-acupuncturing the FengLong point is a therapy that conjug the new electro-acupuncture and the orthodox acupuncture,it is a kind of simple, safty, cheap and without side-effects, it is worth popularizing and applying on clinc.
