Curative Effect Comparison On Acute Cerebral Injury And Stress Ulcer With Treatment Of Losec And Aoxikang

Objective To compare with the curative effect on acute cerebral injury and stress ulcer with treatment of import proton pump inhibitor(losec) and domestically produced proton pump inhibitor(aoxikang).Methods 199 hospitalized patients suffered from acute cerebral injury and stress ulcer were selected from October,2006 to October,2008.The patients were divided into light,medium,severe and ultra-severe four grades according to GCS.All patients in every grade were equally divided into 2 groups by chance,namely,losec group that were treated by losec(40mg,ivdrip bid) and aoxikang group by aoxikang(40mg,ivdrip bid). The other treatments such as dehydration,the encephalic pressure's reduction,antibiotic application and nutrition support treatment were consistent.Patients in the two groups were all put a tube in their stomach to measure the gastric juice PH value,the gastric juice occult blood inspection and the gastroscopy around the treatment.PH value has been measured for 24 hours on the third day after the treatment.Results 1) Compared with the aoxikang group,the curative effect was much better than that of the losec group(P＜0.05) among the patients in heavy grade.Moreover,the gastric juice PH value,the gastric juice occult blood inspection and the gastroscopy around the treatment has the change for the better in severe grade(P＜0.05).2) However, in light and medium grades,there was not significant change about the curative effect between the losec group and aoxikang group(＞0.05).The gastric juice PH value,the gastric juice occult blood inspection and the gastroscopy has the change for the better in the light and the medium grade after the treatment(P＜0.05).3) The duration of PH value≥6 of gastric juice treated with losec was much significantly longer than that of aoxikang-group on the 3rd day of treatment.Conclusion Both losec and aoxikang could treat the acute cerebral injury and stress ulcer effectively.There was no difference of the curative effect in light and medium grades between losec and aoxikang. But in severe and ultra-severe grade,the curative effect of losec is much better than that of aoxikang.
