Research Of The Dependability Between Endometriosis And Constitution Type Of Chinese Medicine

Background:Endometriosis is a common and frequent disease in gynecology. With the characters of eroding strongly,planting abroad and recrudescence easily,Endometriosis is often examined at the child-bearing age women.It has the serious influence of patient healthy and lives the quantity,and having an ascending incidence yearly.However,its mechanism has not yet been well known.With the development of technology,it has made a great achievement in its therapy in modern western medieine.A great progress in improving the symptoms and amending the side-effects has been made along with the fast development of the combination of TCM and western medicine. A lot of literatures demonstrate that at present the types of TCM syndromes in EM are in chaos.Most of the researches are about some certain herbal prescriptions.So it has profound meanings to make a research on the types of TCM syndromes in EM.Not only can it provide a standard of the types of TCM syndromes in EM,but also a theory support to the clinieal practice and scientific study.Objective:Through the questionnaire survey research,to discuss the distribution of constitution of the patients of endometriosis and primary dysmenorrheal,and to discuss the relationship between constitution and syndrome differentiation.Thus according to the susceptible constitution of the endometriosis syndrome,using the Superiority of TCM to interfered the susceptible constitution,then to reduce the rate of endometriosis syndrome.Methods:To realize the pathogenic factors of endometriosis,the research adopts uniform table included age,height,weight, profession,education,contraceptive methods,surgery history overall symptoms,ete.All data were processed by spss 13.0 statistical software.Investigation:foundation in tabulation of traditional Chinese medicine constitution contrive by prof.Wang,with the high risk factor of endometriosis,to formulate the《self-fill questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and healthy condition》Obey the clinical epidemiological research method,design the same investigation table,randomly surveying and analyzing 75 cases female patients with primary dysmenorrheal and 150 cases female patients with endometriosis,the types of constitution is randomly arranged in the Questionnaire.Results:1.The high-affect age range of endometriosis is 25-35,the cases are 64%in total count.2.The endometriosis patients whose education background above of junior college are 74%,67.3%above of control group.The positive rate of endometriosis patients who were mental labour is 42.7%,44% above of the control group.3.In habituation of diet,endometriosis ratio is 59.33%that the group of patients who adephagia acor,14.0%above of the control group.4.In the aspect of procreation,the ratio of 56%endometriosis patients who less two procreation is high36%.5.The ratio of endometriosis 61,who were prone to choleric is 40.7%,the ratio in the control group that the patients who optimistic is 33.3%.6.The endometriosis of patients has cacoethic habits 46.6% and customs frequently,to 22.7%contrary to the control group.7.It has a relation between the invasion and various factor,such as negative excitation is 88.7%,job,inhabited environment is 34.7%,personality characteristics.8.Breedingmuch;eontraeePtivesbirtheontrollingareProteetion faetor.93.3%and 80%.9.The stagnant blood is the high-affect constitution,occupy in 86.7%,stagnant blood concomitant qi-deficiency is 54.7%.In the constitution of endometriosis patients,24.7%.stagnant blood is the highest.10 In the common type syndrome of endometriosis,qi-stagnancy and blood stasis occupy in 40.7%,deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis occupy in 22%,cold coagulation and blood stasis occupy in 18.7%.Conclusion:1.The high-affect constitution of endometriosis were stagnant blood,stagnant blood and deficiency of vital energy,deficiency of vital energy.Common type of syndrome include qi-stagnancy and blood stasis,deficiency of vital energy and stagnation of blood, cold coagulation and stagnation of blood.It has a relation between type of syndrome and constitution.2.Compare with endometriosis and the control group,it has group comparison disparity and statistical significance in factor of age of onset,education background,job,delivery pressure, procreation,habituation of diet,emotion,cacoethic habits and customs in menstruation.3.The influence by irritable,tantrum,melancholy,pessimistic in patients of endometriosis is more badly than control group.To hint that it should pay attention to the factor of emotion in therapy.4.Through the questionnaire survey research,The stagnant blood is the high-affect constitution.Thus according to the susceptible constitution of the endometriosis syndrome,using the Superiority of TCM to interfered the susceptible constitution,then to reduce the rate of endometriosis syndrome.To provide a standard of the types of TCM syndromes in EM,but also a theory support to the clinieal practice and scientific study.
