ObjectiveKidney fibrosis including glomerular sclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis,is a key event lead to renal failure despite of different disease, the unequivocal mechanism of which remains unclear.Delay perhaps halt kidney fibrosis prove to be our hope. However we have not find a effect way to implement it.Of note kidney fibrosis occures when lost the balance of the factores lead to and prevent fibrosis, during this course lots of cell factors attended. In our clincle work we find Calcium dobesilate cut down serum creatinine,we treat CRF rat with Calcium dobesilate and study TGF-β1 and BMP-7 expression in the animal.MethodsThirty-two rats are randomly divided into sham(n=8),model(n=12) and calcium dobesilate group(n=12) First except the sham operation group, underwent adopt operation,at the 1week affter operation model grop and calcium dobesilate group intravenous injection Adriamgcin from tale vein 4mg/kg,with sham group intravenous injection saline,at the 4week model grop and calcium dobesilate group intravenous injection Adriamgcin from tale vein 2mg/kg,with sham group intravenous injection saline,CRF model were established.During the 5 to the 8 week calcium dobesilate were irrigated into the stomachs to the calcium dobesilate group. At the 6 week and the 8 week of the experiment sacrificed rats, removal kidney were fixed, observe with light microscope, immunity tissue chemistry determin to TGF-β1 and BMP-7.ResultsIn calcium dobesilate therapy group Glomerular sclerosis index(GI) and the expression of TGF-β1 were significantly decreased, while BMP-7 expression were increased, compared with the model group. Conclusion Calcium dobesilate may protect kidney, lighten kidney fibrosis.
